We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an

Orders
Once you have completed an
online purchase, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our
acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between
us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order
immediately and goods will not be despatched until receipt of payment. Whilst we
are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i)
the product is available, (ii) the order reflects current pricing and (iii) your
credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card
company. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
UK delivery:
We ship by UK registered post,
and the cost of postage is shown at the checkout. We can only deliver purchases
to UK credit/debit card billing addresses. We aim to deliver your order to you
right away, and certainly within 14 days from receipt of your order. We will
notify you via e-mail if otherwise. A signature is required on delivery.
Credit/Debit card security:
Pykes the Jewellers web site
uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. All the
information passed from the payment page is encrypted. It is only decrypted
after it reaches our computer, and is not held in clear text on any web site
involved in this process.
Data protection/Privacy Policy:
Shopping on the Pykes web site
and/or to register for news requires you to provide your name, address and other
relevant details. Our policy is to keep this to the minimum to ensure that we
can process your order and/or contact you if necessary. Personal information
provided by you is held in a secure area purely for the use of Pykes and will
not be transmitted to a third party. If you wish your details to be deleted
please send an e-mail to

with “unsubscribe” in the subject field.
Guarantee:
We guarantee to repair or
replace at our discretion any item that proves faulty within 12 months of
purchase, providing the fault is indisputably of manufacturing origin and has
not been caused by the owner. All watches sold carry a 2 year manufacturer’s
guarantee. If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund (including
the card processing and delivery charges) will be offered.
Returns policy:
We are pleased to offer an
Exchange, Credit Note or Refund (excluding Sale goods) on your purchase if it is
returned to us within 28 days from receipt providing the item is unworn, in
pristine condition, with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and
documentation. An Exchange or Credit of your purchase can also be done at any
Pykes store (see Store locations).
For a Refund, a returns authorization number must first be obtained by
contacting

stating the reason for the request to return the goods. The item must be
returned to the address below by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery method to ensure
the item is insured. NB. All refunds will be subject to a re-stocking
and administration charge of 2.5% which is not refundable. Postage and
packaging will also not be refunded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection
Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within
7 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order
within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order
with no penalty. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the
price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you
have cancelled after your order has been dispatched, also not a service provided
by us, such as a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take
reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. Please
contact our Chester store should you wish to cancel your order.
Lost Packages
Even though packages are sent
via Royal Mail special delivery on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst
in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from
the date of despatch.
Please be aware that if we are
not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the
customer will be unable to claim any loss from Pykes.
